Mini Piling

Piling is carried out to ensure a solid foundation is laid for further construction and building works. A strong structural base makes sure that a property is significantly less prone to subsidence and other related forms of damage. We can provide driven piles – either top drive pipe piles or bottom driven cased piles – from 75mm to 300mm diameter, as well as Pre-Cast concrete piles that are 250mm square. We also have the machinery to create bored and augured Continuous Flight Auger (CFA) piles that can measure anything from 150mm to 600mm in diameter.

Where there is limited access to a site and minimal head room to work with we use mini-piling as a way to get around this. This is a cost effective way of overcoming any obstacles in place, as well as minimising noise and vibrations which can be a nuisance. Our quiet rigs produce less than 84 decibels, and as such are ideal for working in education, hospital, suburban and residential sites.

Underpinning Contractors, Underpinning Foundations

Underpinning foundations is paramount where the floor surface of a building has subsided or moved due to poor ground conditions. At Alliance Rose Piling we utilise the latest equipment and techniques, including mole type hammers, air winch drop hammers, compressors, dumpers and miscellaneous small plant which enable us to carry out underpinning work of the highest order.

Our team has the expertise to advise on whether minor repairs or comprehensive underpinning foundations are required. We will consider the severity of any damage occurred, site history and the extent of any potential further damage before guiding on the best remedial action for your property.

We are registered with the CHAS health and safety scheme and Construction line affiliated, which means we are able to offer industry-leading services. We are committed to ensuring that the welfare of all parties concerned is not endangered by our work – unfortunately this is not the priority for all underpinning contractors.
